She puts her clients' needs first, with a loyal, committed approach to every project, and she loves the personal side of the work too, celebrating each finished space and thanking the families who trust her with their homes. She earned her BA in Interior Design from the University of Central Arkansas. She built a small design business in Arkansas. After relocating to North Texas in 2018, she designed for a large corporation in Texas. In 2020, she founded LMP Kitchen and Bath Design. At LMP, she guides clients from initial consultation through design, material selection, construction, and post-construction follow-up. At home, she is a proud wife, dedicated mother, and dog owner, happiest making memories with her family, whether relaxing at home, exploring North Texas, or sharing a new adventure together. https://www.lmpkbdesigns.net/meet daily 0.75 2026-10-21 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62044619a3105336cd63344d/e710390d-913c-44b7-9717-56217d97cf09/P1001034-2.jpg Meet the Team - Make it stand out Lydia Passmore President/Designer https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62044619a3105336cd63344d/c1b9bcca-e5ab-4a04-a871-576b286d9670/P1001074.jpg Meet the Team - Make it stand out Nancy Peitz Assistant Project Coordinator https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62044619a3105336cd63344d/47ff07c7-ce73-4a8b-9415-e269f5b101a3/IMG_1503.JPG Meet the Team - Make it stand out Patricia Williams Administrative Officer https://www.lmpkbdesigns.net/d-and-b daily 0.75 2022-02-15 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62044619a3105336cd63344d/1644951284998-RCH1ATU9J6IHJHF11X8N/unsplash-image-KdeqA3aTnBY.jpg Design and Build - Initial Consultation The first step is to contact us to ensure we’re a good fit for your project in terms of location and budget. Once this has been established, we’ll set an appointment to meet in your home to discuss your ideas for the project. It’s vital all homeowners be present, so we can hear everyone’s thoughts and expectations about what the finished space should look and feel like. We’ll exchange ideas about how we can achieve the overall vision for your project. We’ll also discuss a suitable price range for your project. After this meeting, an estimated budget on materials and labor will be presented. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62044619a3105336cd63344d/1644949106437-NXCKUAB38BO3YDIAPRBC/unsplash-image-I3HPUolh5hA.jpg Design and Build - Estimate Our second meeting will be scheduled via zoom or phone. In this meeting we will discuss the details of the estimated budget on materials and labor. It is important to discuss any questions or concerns regarding your project at this time. Once you’re confident LMP is the right choice to execute your project we will need a 5% deposit of the estimated budget to start the design process and to get your project on the schedule. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62044619a3105336cd63344d/96fedede-f098-4994-83f3-7da7872f42d5/RENDER+2.jpg Design and Build - Design and Planning Phase Each project is different, some projects require detailed and extensive drawings which increase the design fee and some projects do not require this. Examples of a project that would require such drawings are full Kitchen or bath remodel, whereas cosmetic updates to your existing layout would not require such detailed drawings. Once the design plans and/or design concept is established we will meet with you again to select materials. We will also schedule and meet the subcontractor on site to go over the design plan and overall scope of the project. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62044619a3105336cd63344d/1644950212827-X0JARM5ZGPTSW7S562CQ/unsplash-image-s9CC2SKySJM.jpg Design and Build - Final Numbers and Contract Once all materials are selected and the subcontractor has provided actual numbers we will present you with a revised estimate to approve. Once the revised estimate is approved we will move forward with the contract phase. The design and remodeling contract will include invoice of itemized materials selected, drawings, timeline and scope of work. It is important for us to present a clear and concise contract that reflects your project’s plan and communicate the expectations of both parties. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62044619a3105336cd63344d/a3447f2f-ae9b-4afe-8451-119de76d20c0/217882161_300093428464743_4093351762320941866_n.jpg Design and Build - Post Constructions & 1 Year Warranty Just because your home is finished doesn’t mean your relationship is over with LMP. All work comes with a 1 year warranty to ensure all craftsmanship is sufficient. We have confidence in the quality of our work, so you can rest assured we’ll be available to ensure your continued satisfaction with your new custom remodeled home. https://www.lmpkbdesigns.net/design daily 0.75 2022-02-15 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ce2e1b47977970001d9545e/1560288428308-36UTNA7X6PS0D2GJ3FY2/Stocksy_txp9c995bd1cMI100_Large_1188910.jpg Design https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ce2e1b47977970001d9545e/1560288456336-QJYUC6S73WST51N9AG41/Stocksy_txp9c995bd1cMI100_Large_1192032.jpg Design https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ce2e1b47977970001d9545e/1560288477477-QLUO3IOZLD0K2XGFTKT0/Stocksy_txp9c995bd1cMI100_Large_1192030.jpg Design https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ce2e1b47977970001d9545e/1560288443993-70R8RACJ1HQJFH5BHF2R/Stocksy_txp9c995bd1cMI100_Large_1183959.jpg Design https://www.lmpkbdesigns.net/contact daily 0.75 2022-09-13 https://www.lmpkbdesigns.net/services daily 0.75 2026-10-21 https://www.lmpkbdesigns.net/store daily 0.75 https://www.lmpkbdesigns.net/portfolio daily 0.75 2024-07-18 https://www.lmpkbdesigns.net/portfolio/project-five-8d96j monthly 0.5 2022-09-13 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62044619a3105336cd63344d/1663104856109-SC70MMUFHRF2P5DXZ2X0/Heisz+Remodel+0122-branded-5.jpg Portfolio -
